Axl sounded pretty good on Locomotive here. Bit more power in some sections. Got confused and didn't sing the hey HEYYY hey thing after the last "take a closer look I'm not to blame" and also his timing was off at one point in the song but nitpicking.

I love how Richard moves when he's playing this song. Maybe it was just the clip I was watching but I think Melissa should be higher on the mix on the chorus, will be more powerful imo if it was like in the studio version with the same melody sung with 2 octaves, the low and the high one.

Every Loco outro is different live. This one was cool but I prefer the opening notes of Slash's outro from the previous performance. Still, this is great. I really want to attend a show where they play this tune.

I'm one of the biggest critics of Axl's performances but the improvement is SO CLEAR to me

Much more control, much less struggle. GREAT performance

Yep better for sure. Axl was in time on the 2nd half too

Agreed, another great version of Locomotive. Pretty crazy that he sounds better playing a song for the second time in 28 years better than other certain songs that he plays every night.

Did anyone actually show up to see Guns? The crowd looked pretty small from the images that I have seen.

Locomotive is so good instrumentally that I don't really even care when Axl sounds off on it. On both performances there's parts where he sounds really good, and parts where he struggles. But this line-up plays Locomotive way better than they play Coma. I'm glad they seem to be keeping it in the set.

edit: I still wish Melissa was higher in the mix

Certain songs are down right dreadful, such as November Rain, YCBM, Estranged(which kills me because I would love to hear some rasp in the second part of the greatest GNR song of all time) Rocket Queen and KOHD. Locomotive Is actually a vocal highlight of the show. Can't get enough of It.

I agree it's a vocal highlight, but it kind of reminds me of There Was A Time in that it seems to take him a few lines to get comfortable with it. It sounds like he rehearsed it maybe 2-3 times with the band, but that actually works to his advantage because he doesn't revert to his 'comfort zone' of mickey vocals as much, and once he gets going it's kick ass. Axl's deep voice sounds great on this song, I kinda wish Melissa and Duff were louder in the mix at times tho but that's just a nitpick lol. Would be cool to hear Melissa do the "Love's so strange..." outro vocals while Axl does the "hey-hey's" and stuff.

Coma and Locomotive rotation is pretty awesome. It’d be cool to hear Breakdown thrown in the mix every once in a while as well- now that’s a deep cut. Underrated song, one of my absolute favorites of the Guns library.

One of my favorites as well. It also happens to be another song I don’t think Axl would have to stress his vocals too much for either.

This seems kinda obvious so it’s odd that they don’t do this - however as long as they play it then fair enough if that’s how they want to go. Maybe they will change it in the future.

Yeah, I could just about hear her higher harmony (sounded great), would like to hear more of it. IMO if you have a strong singer and the main vocal is really difficult I have zero problem with them splitting it, I obviously want to hear Axl 99% of the time singing lead but that 1% is all hers :D

Really bad attendance. It seems that the place is less than the half of its capacity.

The place was packed actually. According to someone that was actually there. Said gnr had more people in attendance than any other performer so... Not sure why you thought it was a "Really bad attendance." If you're going by a vid posted from the side of the stage? Lmfao 😂
