That's on scientists and pharma industry's job, financed by us through the politicians we elect. Currently there is a massive, global effort to develop new drugs against covid-19, but this will take time. Because it is difficult, expensive and time-consuming. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't have an efficient treatment this year. But again, don't blame the doctors, they really don't deserve that. Thats a rhetorical question. Only select mushrooms. And youd need to eat 50 grams of fresh harvested, raw mushrooms to get close to your daily intake.
