I'm sure this isn't the first time we've seen them, but Axl really has custom bottles of Don Julio... wonder if he just gets crates of the stuff before each tour kicks off?

The "James Cameron factor" ( https://www.mygnrforum.com/topic/223057-the-new-album-thread-the-maybe-possibly-at-some-point-soon-whenever-wtf-axl-thread%F0%9F%A4%9E/page/947/#comment-4975255 ) may not be real and legit, but good things sure surround James Cameron related things! :P

You know this party behavior never goes in Axl's favor.

It’s funny (but not surprising) that Axl is the only one still partying.

Yeah he never seemed to go overboard. I always had the impression he was the most level-headed guy in the band in terms of that, even back then, never seemed like he was completely wasted or on drugs. He simply went off the rails in completely other ways compared to the rest of the band lol, the demons he fought were just completely different ones than the rest of the band who drowned themselves in booze or drugs.

Izzy seemed to be the only one with a rational mind who really saw the madness going on once he got sober in 1989, it's no surprise he left, but it's a surprise he actually managed to stay almost 3 more years.

Guess because he's the only one without a wife/girlfriend

Well that and mainly that the other guys took it too far and almost killed themselves with the substances. Once you go that far it’s typically a zero tolerance to come out the otherside. I think Axl had enough issues to deal with mentally to take it too far. That and his descriptions of his use back in the day made him seem like a control freak. Those types usually only go so far because their biggest fear is losing control in general.

And he's the one who had the biggest fit over the rest of them doing it back in the day.    He wasn't wrong but 'perhaps he is wrong' now.

Oh yeah, we're going to be using that phrase, shot himself in the foot with that one.

I think we need to separate the kind of partying the band did back in the day, which involved foil, heroine and spoons, to the kind of partying Axl does now as an older gentleman, which seems to be no more than having a bit of fun out on the town.

Everyone has their middle fingers up, except for Axl, who has all his other fingers up, but his middle finger down. What is this supposed to mean? :wow::P

That's a fun photo! Cool to see him educating the youth of today on partying etticate 😏

The General would be awesome in another JC film! Avatar 2 ages away tho! A new Terminator would of been cool too...

It would be funny (but cool and interesting also) if they recorded a studio version of Slither.

Like using the existing instrumental track and add Axl's vocals, or as a completely new recording?

I'd think instrumentation is nearly perfect and couldn't get any better...

New recording. But maybe the other option could work, too (and would be consistent with the "frankenstein" approach - now in reverse).
