Ideally, we'd have a concert video from 1991, 1992, and 1993, but I'm stoked nonetheless to have something that is largely representative of GN'R's commercial (and, imo artistic) peak (mid-1991). The screw-ups and looseness, when intertwined with the concert's historical context, are a sincere depiction of the chaotic insanity that was GN'R in those days. They fucked up by marketing it as a “full live performance” though. But then again, the 15 second snippet was evident of what to expect. Obviously the Blu-ray will be just the normal concert. I wouldn't be so fast to say that "obviously" the full performance will be a normal concert. The teaser they posted yesterday said "the full performance coming tomorrow", this isn't close to a full performance. It was advertised as full performance video of YCBM from the upcoming full show. It is not that. It is basically an extended trailer with live audio that has nothing to do with the visuals that are being shown. If they has said this would be a promo music video featuring live audio there would be no issues. Do not state you are releasing a full performance and not do it. It is kinda dumb in my opinion. The people that love this will be very disappointed if the actual bluray is edited normally as it wont live up to the fake "excitement" that fast cutting falsely portrays and the people that want the actual live performance are disappointed with a glorified trailer that hopefully will NOT be representative of the show itself.
