The fact that it's a true strory written by Axl with lyics that sound great when sung by him and it's an Izzy tune musically that Slash plays an SG on makes it very special imo. I highly doubt they "ripped it off". I have heard it and it is similar, but I highly doubt they sat down and decided they were going to intentionally steal some random riff of Mob Rules.
