My phone is on vibrate pretty all the time, but years ago I used to have tons of custom sounds on my phone. I had a lot of GN'R ones for different people who sent me texts but the funniest thing was my ring tone. When the isolated Chinese Democracy tracks were circulating, I took Robin's solo from Better and made it my main ring tone. It caused more problems then it was worth though. If we were somewhere crowded like a store, a casino or a bar, I would hear the solo faintly and be like "whoa! Someone is playing Better nearby", then I'd finally realize that it was just my ring tone, so most of the time I missed calls lol Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I remember when I had a Nokia 3310 as my first mobile phone in late 90’s and you used to be able to make your own ringtone by keying in the notes. When I was young I remember buying overpriced ringtones from magazine ads and the GNR ones were always terrible. Even if they got the notes right they still sounded like standard tuning.
