I reckon they smash this stuff together quickly using some kind of photoshop thing, then if anyone orders it, just bang the designs over to a 'print to order' company. A lot of the stuff looks like the graphics have quickly been overlayed over standard t-shirt/hoodie templates, and I wonder how many they actually print.
