Hard rock is a pretty wide umbrella, but AIC's Dirt is the first album that comes to mind.

Slave To The Grind and Nevermind deserve to be mentioned too.

Dirt!! I'd add that to my list for sure! Possibly Facelift too!

I like some Darkness songs, but this one's surprising.

Facelift is great too, but Dirt closer to the iconic status of AFD.

It’s all subjective I guess but for me it’s definitely top 5(AFD) basically perfection but I think Back in Black ,10,Master of Puppets and Paranoid are as well.Blizzard of Oz ,led zep 4 ,toys in the attic ,number of the beast and nevemind  I’d put in a second tier just below

Don't know if you can consider all of them Hard Rock but yeah, perhaps you can lol:

- All of the six first Black Sabbath Albums

- The first four Lep Zep albums

- Back in Black and Highway to Hell

- Dopes to Infinity and Last Parol by Monster Magnet

- KISS's first album and Destroyer. Perhaps Rock and Roll Over too.

- Kadavar's debut

- Cosmic Egg by Wolfmother
