Man this album is Slash’s best album in years, can’t stop listening to it. Hopefully SMKC gets put to one side now

If people talked more about their mental health we'd be a better society. No one is ever 'targeted' for being happy, content and not depressed.  Utterly ridiculous, as is the idea of them being 'snowflakes', or that Slash's adult and doubtless sincere thoughts on topics impact on an album of blues covers. 

I'm still waiting for my pre-order, seems to be coming from England so it might be another week... are any digital downloads floating around to hold me over?

It goes to show how important Mike Clink is to the production. GNR needs him back for the other songs or album. 

Loving this album. As others have said- production is great. It highlights how shamefully poor the production was on those last 2 GNR tracks really, when you think how well this is done.  It all flows better than I'd imagined too- doesn't sound like a selection of one off songs but a cohesive album, which is quite a difficult thing to achieve with an album like this.  The only issue is that it leaves me so hungry for more music!
